Today we're working on maximizing our calendar. Coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings has come a long way in the last few years thanks to apps!

Free Time - It's called Free Time 2 so that you don't get confused with Amazon's free time app for kids TV. They really aren' t the same thing. Not that I'm judging you for wanting to watch some cartoons. 


Calendly - really is a lifesaver for its ability to not need back and forth emails to effectively communicate. Setup is easy. Let Calendly know your availability preferences and it’ll do the work for you. You're really going to like this one. It takes maxing out a calendar to a whole new level. 


HoursTracker - is a must for those needing to capture hours worked. Maximize your productivity with this easy to use app!

Receive notifications when you arrive or leave, or let HoursTracker use your location to automatically record your time entries. Your jobs list can be ordered nearest-first to save scrolling. Low-power location services minimize battery drain.

Last but not least, 

WhenIWork - is another app that I personally use and it's made work more productive. Allowing for working with employees! It's a winner.
