Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My! I do so love that part of the Wizard of Oz as they walk in lock step along the yellow brick road. But truthfully, who has time for that?
Welcome to Part 2 of our Digital Life Series. Today we're diving into a foundational app, calendars! Most of us already have a calendar on our phone but let's talk about how to transition from our day planners to our online calendars.
Calendar's are power tools! Knowing them and using them well is a way to set ourselves up for success. Try to pick just one thing to start using now. Perhaps, keeping information relative by using the note section or using multiple calendars. Syncing with all your calendars is another power tool that's good to master.
I hope you were able to follow along about using icloud to make different calendars based on your needs for your business. Using systems that we're already familiar like color coding is another simple way to maximize this tool for our personal needs.
Hiding events may seem like a weird idea at first but learning this allows for less confusing when sharing your calendar with everyone you work with.
Here's the link for the app I spoke about in the video. Week Calendar. I hope you get a chance to check it out!
"Fast and Easy to Use
Adding, repeating and moving events is much easier with Week Calendar. With a magnificent user interface and intuitive usability, Week Calendar is a pleasure for both regular as well as power users. http://www.weekcal.com/"
